Elizabeth A. Cartier, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management in the Katz School of Business at Fort Lewis College. Dr. Cartier’s teaching focuses on organizational behavior, human resources, and decision-making. Her research concentrates on tourism impacts, the critical aspects of power and control, and the relationship between discourse and power. Dr. Cartier’s dissertation was focused on the ski industry in Colorado, and she is interested in exploring research related to water issues as connected to businesses who exist in water communities.
