Professor Beeton is an environmental geographer whose research covers an array of fields. He studies how climate change, humans, and intrinsic controls affect mountain river systems. He also researches guitar tonewoods and how they relate to deforestation and climate change. Professor Beeten rounds out his studies with soils and paleoenvironmental analysis.
