Hiring Water Center Director

Priority deadline May 13, 2024

This position is classified as a Full-time Exempt Staff. Reporting to the Provost, the Director of the Four Corners Water Center provides a vision and leadership on campus, within the community, and within the region, while integrating FLC’s academic programs and resources into professional development opportunities for students and leveraging the College’s resources to aid community and regional water work. The Center’s grant- and donor-funded student internships, training programs, place-based research, and collaborations are central to the strategic plan’s focus on experiential learning; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and the development of new curricular pathways. The next Director will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of engaged faculty from all departments and colleges on campus, and to explore new forms of collaborative partnerships with the support of the Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Sponsored Research, and FLC Foundation.
